About Us

Who We Are

Fitness First Boot Camps and Personal Training are focused on providing services that help you obtain your best health and fitness levels.

Holly Logan is a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and health coach, as well as having her teaching certification in Health/PE, Bachelor's Degree in Commercial Fitness, and Master's Degree in Health Promotion.

Our boot camps currently meet on M/T and Thursday in New Castle at 7pm.  We also offer some bonus Saturday workouts for our recruits including yoga, cardio, and old school strength workouts.

Why Us

We have been running boot camps since 2008.  Holly has also been involved in fitness and personal training in some form for almost 20 years!
